We provide safe and tracked deliveries on all our products. Our goods undergo quality inspections before deliveries to ensure that you receive only the best.

You may expect your item to arrive within 12-20 working days from the time it has completed inspection and processing.


No Hassle & Easy Returns

If you happen to find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase you may request for a refund.

RICHDRIP is able to refund your purchases within 45 days of order completion. Please take note that the item you have purchased has to be sent back in its original package and condition. Indications of use or misuse will not be tolerated. 

Once the merchandise has been deemed eligible for a return, RICHDRIP will refund the customer the amount spent on the product (not inclusive of shipping and handling fees). Also, the customer has to do his due diligence to ensure that the good is returned safely to RICHDRIP's manufacturing outlets with a valid tracking number. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the refund will be revoked and the item will be sent back to the customer. 


For exchanges due to differences in size and color, you may seek to contact us at You are required to pay for shipping, taxes and other related fees during this process. 


Please note that for refunds of items due to a change of mind, a fee of $25 USD will be charged to the cardholder due to administrative fees.

Faulty products

Please email us within 14 days of receiving the product with a picture of the faulty good. Once verified, our team will contact you with the option of either a refund or an exchange. Shipping costs and all other applicable charges will be covered.

Incorrect Addresses

Please contact us within 48 hours via email at if you have made an error keying in your address. Do note that we are only able to issue you a replacement if the item has been returned to us in good condition. We strictly do not tolerate refunds in this scenario. Shipping fees and taxes will be incurred by the buyer.

Fees for re-shipment will be quoted via email to the buyer. Payments will be made to Once the payments have been processed, we will proceed to reship the item to the correct address.

Lost Packages

All orders placed on RICHDRIP are dispatched via insured shipping methods. Items lost in transit will be refunded or reissued only once the shipping courier confirms the package to be lost.
